I went out again to do some night time photography with Dan McKinney and our friend Pat last night before making a late night Journey to IHOP. Here’s the time lapse I created. Be sure to put it in 720p resolution, it looks and sounds a lot better.
and here is a poster I made. If you’d like to order a large print of this (and help pay my rent) contact me at abm@temple.edu
Last night, Dan McKinney (see his blog link on the side of this page) and I went on a philadelphia adventure that landed us in New Jersey. The mission, get footage for The Philadelphia Union’s promotional reels. Here are some still images from the night.
Swung by campus today to pick up some friends before heading over to another friend’s house to make dinner. I came across this Farmer’s Market on Liacouras Walk! It’s a wonderful project that everyone should support! Buying local not only supports the local economy, but it dramatically reduces carbon emissions by lowering the shipping distances for food.
As much as I miss my friends that have gone home for the summer, it seems that a good number have stayed in Philadelphia. I went with my friends Juan and Rudy to see our friend Kami play some softball. She is a Ballgirl for the Philadelphia Phillies and is pre-law at Temple and is just generally a very cool person. It was a great time…and she is awesome at softball.
Yesterday, I took my last final of my Junior year, making me a senior in college! (I know Mom, I can’t believe it either). College goes by really quickly. I know for everyone in high school, college may seem so far away, but it will be here before you even know it! Temple has been a great place to spend the past 3 years, and I look forward to (at least) one more year of it!
Here’s a picture I took of the Philly skyline. Enjoy!
